The Land Procurement Head is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring land parcels that support the company's real estate development strategy. The role involves leading land acquisition activities, conducting due diligence, managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating legal and regulatory approvals, and ensuring timely procurement of land for residential, commercial, township, and mixed-use development projects.

The incumbent will play a critical role in expanding the company's land bank and supporting long-term business growth through strategic land acquisition initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

–Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's development plans and investment objectives.

–Develop and maintain a strong network with landowners, brokers, consultants, government authorities, and local stakeholders to facilitate land procurement activities.

–Lead negotiations with landowners and intermediaries to secure land parcels on commercially favorable terms.

–Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments, market analysis, and site evaluations to determine development potential and investment viability.





–Coordinate legal, technical, financial, and regulatory due diligence processes before land acquisition.

–Ensure verification of land titles, ownership records, encumbrances, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.

–Work closely with legal, finance, engineering, and project teams to facilitate seamless land acquisition and project planning.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

–Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Business Administration and related field.

–MBA, PGDM, or relevant qualified qualification preferred.

–Minimum 10–15 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, business development, or property transactions
