Role & responsibilities

- Identify and acquire/lease land for renewable energy projects.

- Coordinate with landowners, brokers, consultants, and stakeholders for land acquisition.

- Verify land records, including 7/12, 8A, VF-6, Mutation (Ferfar), Property Card, and RoR.

- Coordinate land surveys, title verification, due diligence, registration, and documentation.

- Liaise with Collector Office, Mamlatdar, Talati, Revenue Department, Survey Department, GEDA, DISCOMs, Gram Panchayat, and other Government Authorities for approvals and statutory clearances.

- Follow up on land acquisition activities, statutory approvals, and regulatory compliances.

- Maintain land acquisition records, MIS, and project documentation.

- Coordinate with Legal, Projects, and Engineering teams for timely project execution.

- Build strong relationships with landowners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.

- Travel extensively for site visits,



negotiations, and liaison activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline (Law/Civil/Agriculture preferred).

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Land Acquisition & Liaison, preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, Power, Infrastructure, or EPC.

- Valuable knowledge of 7/12, 8A, Mutation (Ferfar), Property Card, RoR, and other land records.

- Experience in dealing with Collector Office, Mamlatdar, Talati, Revenue Department, Survey Department, GEDA, DISCOMs, and other Government Authorities.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Willing to travel extensively as per business requirements.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days preferred.
