Required Skills

- 6 8 years of hands-on experience with LIMS platforms

- Experience with LabWare, STARLIMS, Thermo Fisher SampleManager, LabVantage, or similar solutions

- Solid understanding of laboratory workflows and sample lifecycle management

- Proficiency in SQL and database concepts

- Experience with system integrations (APIs, Web Services, Middleware)

- Hands-on experience in system validation, testing, and documentation

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting,



and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or Life Sciences

- Knowledge of GxP, GLP, GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory standards

- Exposure to Cloud-based LIMS implementations

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
