Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-precision geodetic and topographic surveys, establishing accurate local coordinate systems, and ensuring exact structural alignments for metro and bridge segment casting beds. Your work will serve as the foundational link between field data collection and engineering design, ensuring that all precast elements are fabricated and installed with exceptional dimensional accuracy.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive topographic, boundary, and hydrographic surveys using advanced surveying instruments and technologies.

- Establish and verify structural alignments for metro lines, highways, viaducts, and bridges, ensuring compliance with design specifications.

- Set up and maintain precise local coordinate systems for precast casting beds and construction staging areas.

- Process raw field survey data into accurate layout drawings and digital deliverables for engineering and construction teams.

- Collaborate closely with design engineers, project managers,



and construction crews to ensure survey data supports seamless execution.

- Perform quality checks and validation of survey results to maintain accuracy and consistency across all project phases.

- Document all survey activities, maintain detailed field logs, and prepare technical reports for project records and audits.

- Stay current with industry standards, surveying technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, with demonstrated expertise in precast construction and alignment surveying.

- Proficiency with total stations, GNSS (RTK/GPS), laser scanners, and surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Leica Infinity, Trimble Business Center).
