Key Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and support Chromeleon CDS (Thermo Fisher) systems across laboratory environments

Administer and maintain Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Perform system validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ, documentation, and compliance reviews

Collaborate with laboratory, QA/QC, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11

Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system-related issues

Support data migration, system upgrades, and integration with other enterprise systems (LIMS, ERP, etc.)

Develop and maintain SOPs, user manuals, and training materials

Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing technical support

Drive continuous improvements in lab informatics systems and processes
