We are looking for a dedicated Lab Incharge to manage textile laboratory activities. The role involves shade matching, lab dip preparation, colour testing, and maintaining accurate laboratory records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in textile testing and a solid understanding of colour matching techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform shade matching and prepare lab dips.
- Conduct colour and quality testing on textile samples.
- Maintain laboratory records and test reports.
- Ensure testing is completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve the required shade standards.

Requirements
- Qualification: B.Tech in Textile Engineering or Textile Chemistry
- Experience: 3–8 years
- Skills: Colour Matching, Lab Dip Preparation, Textile Testing

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000–₹18,000 per month
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Benefits: PF, ESI, Accommodation, Food
