To conduct customer KYC verification through Video KYC (VKYC) or physical modes in compliance with RBI guidelines, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion of verification processes.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Perform customer KYC verification through Video KYC as per RBI regulations and company policies.

- Validate and review customer KYC documents for authenticity and completeness.

- Complete assigned verifications within defined TAT and productivity targets.

- Ensure high quality and compliance standards during the VKYC process.

- Maintain proper documentation and records of verification outcomes.

- Escalate discrepancies, suspicious cases, or non-compliance to the concerned team.

- Adhere to internal SOPs, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Requirements

Qualifications





- Graduate / Undergraduate

- Knowledge of RBI-specified KYC documentation

Experience

- 0 to 2 years of experience in KYC, Operations, or Customer Verification (Freshers can apply)

Skills & Competencies

- Basic computer knowledge and system handling skills

- Good communication skills in required regional languages

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to meet daily productivity and quality targets

- Robust compliance and process orientation

Preferred Profile

- Experience in BFSI / NBFC / Banking operations

- Prior exposure to Video KYC or tele-verification processes
