Job Title: KST Supervisor – Kitchen Department

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced KST Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, hygiene standards, kitchen discipline, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities and staff.
- Ensure food is prepared and served according to company standards.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Manage staff duties, shifts, attendance, and work allocation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned team for kitchen supplies.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage practices.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Follow food safety and company policies at all times.




- Handle day-to-day kitchen issues and coordinate with management when required.
- Train and guide kitchen staff to improve performance and service quality.
- Prepare and maintain daily kitchen reports and records.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in kitchen supervision or a similar role.
- Experience in a hotel, restaurant, catering, or commercial kitchen preferred.
- Good team-management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

Job Type: Full time Experience: 1–5 years preferred

Location: Zirakpur

Salary: 10000-20000/-

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
