A KST Attendant (Kitchen Stewarding Attendant) is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and ensuring kitchen equipment is clean and ready for use.

Job Title: KST Attendant (Kitchen Stewarding Attendant)

:

- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
- Keep kitchen floors, work areas, and storage rooms clean and hygienic.
- Dispose of waste and garbage according to hotel procedures.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the kitchen team with general stewarding duties.
- Report any equipment faults or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all health, safety,



and company policies.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hotel kitchen stewarding is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Physically fit and able to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
