Hiring: Kronos (UKG) Technical Consultant

? Location: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Noida (5 Days WFO)

? Experience: 8+ Years

? Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM

? Notice Period: Immediate Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Kronos (UKG) Technical Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Workforce Central/UKG Dimensions , production support, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for UKG/Kronos applications.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues.
- Support deployments, patching, upgrades, and production releases.
- Maintain integrations with HR, Payroll, ERP, Active Directory, and Identity Management systems.
- Work with REST APIs, SOAP, SQL, XML, JSON, SFTP, and middleware platforms .
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), monitor application health, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Participate in transition activities, governance meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of UKG/Kronos technical support experience.
- Expertise in UKG Workforce Central and/or UKG Dimensions .
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SQL, XML, JSON ,



and middleware integrations.
- Robust troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience.
- ITIL-based incident, change, and release management knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- UKG/Kronos Technical Certification.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring tools, DevOps, and automation.
