Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring Customer Service Executives to handle retail credit card customer queries and service requests. The role involves resolving card-related concerns, processing requests accurately, and delivering a high-quality customer experience while following banking policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle credit card-related customer queries and service requests.
- Assist with activation, billing, payments, statements, disputes, card replacement, reward points, and limit-related requests.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases when required.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction and service records.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility:





- Graduation mandatory (any stream).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Credit Card Operations, or Customer Service.
- Age: 20–30 years.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Male/Female candidates can apply.

CTC: Up to 4.50 LPA, based on interview performance. Shift: Rotational day shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Working Hours: 9 hours including breaks.

Weekly Offs: 8 rotational offs per month.

Candidates must be adaptable to work on weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.
