Job Summary The Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of young learners. The teacher plans and delivers age-appropriate lessons while fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.

- Create a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom workplace.

- Support children's cognitive, language, social, emotional, and motor skill development.

- Assess student progress through observations and age-appropriate assessment methods.

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student portfolios.

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Qualifications
