Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in the Pune Division.
The Key Account
Manager will oversee relationships with key corporate and institutional clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Daily responsibilities include managing account portfolios, handling client queries, coordinating claims-related support, and acting as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
The role involves developing account plans, identifying opportunities for service enhancement, preparing performance reports, and participating in review meetings with clients.
The Key Account
Manager will collaborate with operations, claims, and wellness teams to deliver consistent service quality and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills, with experience handling large or strategic client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Planning and Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and develop growth strategies for key accounts.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, healthcare management, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in health insurance, TPA operations, or healthcare services is preferred.
- Robust communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and meet timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM or account management systems is beneficial.
