**Role Description-

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain solid relationships with assigned beauty and cosmetic brand partners to ensure smooth coordination and execution across Purplle retail stores.

Track and analyze sales, inventory, and brand performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decisions.

Coordinate with internal teams including Retail Operations, Buying, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure timely product availability, promotions, and store-level execution.

Support new brand and product launches by managing listings, promotional activities,



and ensuring seamless execution across retail stores.

Prepare regular business reports, MIS, and performance dashboards while proactively identifying opportunities to improve sales, stock availability, and overall brand performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field

Qualifications

- Strong account management and client relationship skills, including experience handling key or strategic accounts.
- Sales and business development capabilities, with a track record of meeting targets and identifying growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of staffing, recruitment, or HR services, and familiarity with service-based or consultancy business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, including proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or HR consulting is an advantage.
