Role Description The Key Account role at BETA is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic clients, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client business needs, coordinating with internal technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions, and monitoring service quality and project progress.

Account professional will prepare account plans, track performance against agreed targets, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.



The role also involves addressing client concerns promptly, facilitating regular review meetings, and contributing feedback to improve BETA’s offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in key account management, client relationship development, and customer success.
- Experience working with technology or IT services, with a strong understanding of software, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Proficiency in basic business analysis, reporting, and use of CRM or account management tools.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or account management within the IT or tech sector is an advantage.
