Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Warehouse Executive to support the Senior Warehouse Executive in managing daily store and inventory operations. The role is suitable for freshers who are willing to learn and build a career in warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in receiving, checking, counting, and organizing incoming stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock updates in Excel.
- Support regular stock counting and physical inventory checks.
- Prepare and maintain basic stock sheets, reports, and records.
- Assist in issuing and dispatching materials as per requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of inventory.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth movement of materials.




- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Senior Warehouse Executive.

Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Positive organizational and communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle physical warehouse activities when required.
