Role Description The Junior Video Editor role at Brand Swift is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the team member will assist in editing video content for digital campaigns, social media, and branded materials, following creative briefs and brand guidelines.

Daily tasks include organizing raw footage, assembling rough cuts, refining edits, adding basic transitions, titles, and sound, and collaborating with senior editors and designers. The role also involves supporting color correction, simple motion graphics,



and asset management, while maintaining consistent quality and deadlines.

Editor will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to help produce engaging visual content that supports client objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual tone.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating simple animations and visual elements.
- Basic knowledge of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow creative direction, and willingness to learn from feedback.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment in Bengaluru.
- A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
