Are you an experienced Trade Finance qualified with a passion for client success?

We're looking for a Client Success Manager with 5+ years of Trade Transaction Processing experience to join our growing team in Greater Bengaluru .

Key Skills:

✔ Trade Finance (LCs, Documentary Collections, Open Account)

✔ UCP 600, ISBP 821, URR 725, URC 522 & Incoterms 2020

✔ SWIFT messages & client relationship management

✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✔ Exposure to Trade Automation/Digitization and basic knowledge of AI, ML & Cloud is a plus

✔ Flexible to support global clients across different time zones

? CDCS certification is an advantage.
