About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Junior Tele-Calling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with our freelancer network, engaging with them regularly, and ensuring they actively participate in business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with assigned freelancers through phone calls on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers across various industries.
- Explain business opportunities, programs, and updates in a clear and qualified manner.
- Encourage freelancers to actively participate in business activities and generate referrals.
- Follow up regularly to ensure consistent engagement and business performance.
- Maintain accurate call records, follow-up schedules,



and interaction reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve freelancer queries and concerns.
- Meet daily calling targets and engagement KPIs.
- Provide feedback and market insights gathered from freelancer interactions.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and basic English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
