Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Technology Recruiter to support our India technology recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify qualified technology professionals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source technology candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and social media.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and candidate interviews.




- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with senior recruiters and account managers on hiring priorities.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Basic understanding of technology roles and IT terminology.
- Good internet research and sourcing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals.
