Role Description The Junior Researcher will support research projects in dental and oral health sciences through literature reviews, data collection, and data entry.

Responsibilities include assisting in the design of studies, preparing research materials, coordinating with faculty and clinical teams, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role involves contributing to basic data analysis, preparing drafts of reports or manuscripts, and helping with presentations or posters for academic events.

The Junior

Researcher will follow institutional research ethics and protocols and support administrative tasks related to ongoing projects. This is a full time, on-site role based at Saveetha Dental College in Chennai.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in dental sciences, life sciences, or related health disciplines, with interest in academic and clinical research.




- Ability to conduct literature reviews, summarize scientific articles, and use basic research tools such as reference managers and spreadsheets.
- Skills in organizing data, maintaining accurate records, and following standard operating procedures and ethical guidelines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, documentation, and collaborating with faculty, peers, and clinical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Biomedical Sciences, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in research is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work full-time in an on-site academic and clinical environment.
