Key Responsibilities

- Installation &
- Commissioning:

Installing, commissioning, testing & maintaining of CCTV, Access Control, Parking Management hardware, or software systems at client locations Set up new hardware or software systems at client sites, ensuring proper integration and testing.

- Troubleshooting &

- Repairs:

Diagnose complex technical issues and execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.

- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and scheduled servicing to pre-empt equipment failures and extend product life.

- Client Support &

- Training:

Walk customers through safe equipment operation and explain new features or upgrades.

- Documentation &

- Reporting:

Logging all site visits, compiling service reports, and maintaining accurate records of parts used and work completed. Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

- Feedback &

- Escalation:





Identifying recurring product issues and escalating complex problems to senior personnel or the product development team.

Core Qualifications &

- Skills

- Technical Expertise: A Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical,

- Problem-Solving: The ability to logically reason and resolve technical faults, often in high-pressure environments.

- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, Drawings & layouts

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to translate complex technical jargon for non-technical clients.

- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal communication for client-facing situations, and time management skills.

- Adaptability: Willingness to travel frequently for in office client visits or adapt to constantly evolving industry standards

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
