Role Description The Junior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role involves coordinating day-to-day project activities, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope. From tracking vendors to on site work; from packaging material to social media branding; everything falls under the scope of work.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks and milestones.




- Experience or familiarity with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics Management to support coordination of resources, workflows, and delivery timelines.
- Ability to assist with Inspection and quality checks on project outputs to ensure they meet agreed standards and requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Comfort with digital tools and project management software; proficiency in standard office applications (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentations).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to evolving client and project needs in a creative agency setting.
