Role Overview
As a Junior Physiotherapist, you will work closely with the Senior Physiotherapist in delivering high-quality patient care. This is a blended role involving clinical assistance, patient coordination, and front-desk support to ensure every patient has a seamless treatment experience.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a strong clinical foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
Assist the Senior Physiotherapist during patient assessments and treatment sessions.
Prepare treatment areas and required equipment before patient sessions.
Carry out prescribed therapy protocols under supervision.
Monitor patient progress and report observations to the Senior Physiotherapist.
Maintain accurate treatment notes and patient documentation.
Educate patients on home exercise programs as instructed.
Patient Coordination
Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar.
Confirm appointments through calls or WhatsApp.
Handle patient follow-ups and rescheduling when required.
Welcome patients and ensure a smooth clinic experience.
Coordinate treatment plans and future appointments.
Assist in maintaining patient records and treatment history.
Clinic Operations
Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and ready.
Maintain inventory of consumables and therapy supplies.
Coordinate with vendors whenever required.
Support clinic administration and daily operational activities.
Help maintain clinic hygiene and service standards.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) (Mandatory)
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are also encouraged.
