Experience : 1–3 Years (Experience in Events, Production, or Hospitality preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Production Manager to support the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate with vendors, manage on-site production activities, and ensure smooth event execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing Brand Activation campaigns.
- Coordinate production requirements for Product Launches.
- Support the setup and execution of Trade Shows & Expos.
- Manage logistics and production for Award Ceremonies.
- Assist in organizing Fashion Shows and backstage operations.
- Coordinate production activities for Music Festivals and live events.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and event partners.
- Ensure timely setup, dismantling, and smooth on-ground execution.
- Monitor production quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently to ensure successful event delivery.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in event production or event operations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work on weekends or during event schedules when required.

- Knowledge of event production processes and logistics.
- Vendor and supplier coordination.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
