During Internship (up to 6 months): ₹15,000 per month

After Internship: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum CTC

Key Responsibilities – Training Operations

Work closely with educational institutions to coordinate and execute training programs effectively.

Manage trainers' workload and streamline day-to-day training operations.

Communicate effectively with colleges, trainers, and management.

Ensure the availability and proper allocation of training resources.

Coordinate with internal and freelance trainers to ensure the smooth execution of training programs.

Ensure all training programs are delivered on time, within the defined scope, and within the allocated budget.

Monitor training operations and report or escalate issues to management whenever required.

Create, maintain,



and update comprehensive training program documentation.

Identify and hire suitable Full-Time Trainers to support the seamless execution of training programs.

Identify and hire suitable Freelance Trainers based on training requirements and program needs.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong coordination and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple training activities simultaneously.

Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation.

Ability to coordinate with colleges, trainers, and internal teams.

Willingness to work in both office and on-field environments.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Any UG/PG qualification from a recognized institution.
