Role Description The Junior Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves supporting daily branch operations, including handling customer inquiries, processing deposits and withdrawals, and assisting with account opening and documentation.

The Junior

Officer will help maintain accurate records, comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with senior staff on loan processing and other banking services.

Responsibilities also include basic cash handling, data entry into banking systems, and assisting in promoting the bank’s products and services to customers.



The role requires consistent interaction with customers and colleagues to ensure effective, courteous, and secure banking operations.

Qualifications

- Ability to handle routine banking operations, including cash handling, transaction processing, and basic account servicing.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional and respectful approach to diverse customers.
- Competence in data entry and working with computerized banking or office systems, including basic MS Office tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with banking procedures.
- Basic understanding of banking principles, financial products, and regulatory guidelines (training support may be provided).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a branch team, manage time effectively, and adapt to structured workflows.
- Educational background such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in commerce, finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or customer-facing administrative roles is an advantage but not always mandatory.
