JOB PURPOSE

Monitor & assist in the area of managing funds Treasury for GMR Airports Limited and associated companies in a cost productive manner. Support for fund raising initiatives for the Airport Sector through bank loans and Debenture/bonds. Servicing debt payment and managing compliances.

Junior Manager - F&A; will report to General Manager - F&A;

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Effective management of funds. Ensure timely investment, Redemption of funds & its accounting in books Availability of funds & interest earning Assisting in financing initiatives including Review of Agreements, Execution of NDU & Engagement letter, maintaining data room, assistance in DD Loan documents Assisting in Project Specific Financial Modelling Financial Projections Preparation and timely submission of various MIS, Certificates, Statements, Report and details to Lenders/ Bankers and for internal Customers. Accuracy of submissions Accurate & Timely submission for audits & rating agency requirements and resolving their queries (if any).



Audit reports & Rating letters Preparation of presentations for internal reviews & various financing initiatives Presentations Timely processing of various invoices/ vendor payments Timely payment Timely updating Banks & AMCs with ASLs, opening & Closing of Bank Accounts Authorized Signatory list

Qualified Chartered Accountant, Effective communication and Analytical Ability.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

3+ Years of experience preferably with Good understanding of SAP ERP and some knowledge of Financing/ Treasury.
