Junior IT Engineer – Printer Installation & Support

Job Summary:

Kwality Enterprises is looking for a Junior IT Engineer to join our technical support team. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of printer installation, network configuration, and troubleshooting. The role involves on-site customer visits for installation, maintenance, and support of printers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and configure network and USB printers.
- Install printer drivers on Windows laptops and desktops.
- Configure printer IP addresses and network settings.
- Troubleshoot printer hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve printing, scanning, and connectivity problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and replacement of printer parts such as toner, drum, fuser, and rollers.
- Coordinate with customers and provide on-site technical support.
- Update service reports after every visit.

Required Skills:





- Knowledge of printer installation and configuration.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS and printer driver installation.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, IP configuration, and printer sharing.
- Ability to troubleshoot printer and scanner issues.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai for in office support.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Hardware, Electronics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in printer or computer hardware support.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge are also welcome.

Job Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
