Role Overview:

As a Junior IP Lawyer, you will work closely with senior IP lawyers and internal teams to understand client requirements, assist with IP-related legal work, conduct research, and support the preparation and filing of legal documents. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to Intellectual Property Law while working in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior IP lawyers in understanding and addressing clients'ntellectual Property requirements
- Assist in preparing and filing IP-related legal documents and applications
- Support clients with basic guidance on trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other IP-related matters.
- Participate in client discussions and assist in addressing Intellectual Property-related queries.
- Conduct legal research on Intellectual Property laws, regulations, case laws, and recent developments.
- Stay updated with changes in IP laws, rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing legal notices, responses, applications, opinions, and other IP-related documentation.
- Support the creation of educational content and knowledge materials for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of IP-related services.




- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling client and legal information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IP-related products, processes and service offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

- LL.B. / Bachelors Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Bar Council Enrollment is mandatory.
- Specialization or interest in Intellectual Property Law will be an added advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with 02 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in building a career in Intellectual Property Law.
- Good understanding of basic legal concepts and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good legal research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior lawyers and cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of IP databases and legal research tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
