Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic hands-on experience across core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, candidates and visitors.

- Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing support, interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.

- Handle onboarding, joining formalities and employee documentation.

- Maintain employee records and update HRMS.

- Manage attendance and leave records and coordinate payroll inputs.

- Support employee engagement activities and internal policy communication.

- Coordinate day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

- Handle employee exit formalities, exit interviews and clearance processes.





- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experience as an HR Executive, HR Coordinator or HR Generalist.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Familiarity with HRMS software will be an added advantage.

- Valuable coordination, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
