Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets for social media, websites, advertisements, and branding materials in alignment with client guidelines and project briefs. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics and layouts, assisting with logo and brand identity development, preparing files for digital use, and collaborating with senior designers and marketing strategists.

The role involves adapting designs based on feedback, maintaining consistency across campaigns, and meeting project deadlines. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Nagpur, requiring regular coordination with the local team and occasional cross-office collaboration.

Qualifications

- Solid foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce clean, engaging visual compositions.
- Experience or interest in Logo Design and Branding to support the development of coherent brand identities.
- Understanding of Typography and layout principles to create readable and visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar software).
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, accept constructive feedback, and iterate on designs quickly.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Nagpur in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant coursework, certification, or a portfolio showcasing design work; prior internship or agency experience is an advantage.
