About the Role

We are looking for a Flipkart Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Flipkart Ads and D2C/E-commerce . The ideal candidate should have experience managing and scaling Flipkart advertising campaigns in the Indian market , with a strong focus on campaign optimization, profitability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research using Flipkart Ads data, search insights, and marketplace research tools .
- Build and expand keyword lists covering high-volume, long-tail, competitor, branded, and category keywords.
- Set up, launch, and manage Keyword, Product, Search, and Display advertising campaigns.
- Configure campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and placements.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, keywords, product targeting, and placements .
- Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming campaigns.
- Identify profitable search terms and manage negative keywords to reduce wasted spend.
- Conduct competitor product research and identify new growth opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance across ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, Impressions, Clicks, Orders, Sales, Spend, and ACOS .
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient budget allocation and utilization.
- Conduct A/B testing across keywords, bids, targeting, and campaign structures.
- Work with the catalog team to improve product titles, descriptions, attributes, keywords, images, and overall catalog quality .
- Monitor listing quality and product discoverability to support organic visibility.
- Monitor account health, campaign delivery, and policy-related issues.
- Stay updated with Flipkart Ads features, marketplace trends,



and best practices .

Mandatory Requirements

- 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Flipkart advertising campaigns.
- Strong experience with D2C / E-commerce / Digital Marketing Agencies with D2C clients .
- Hands-on experience running Flipkart Ads campaigns for the Indian market .
- Strong working knowledge of the Flipkart Ads Console , including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.
- Hands-on experience managing Keyword, Product, Search, and Display campaigns .
- Robust understanding of keyword research, search term optimization, bid optimization, and negative keyword management .
- Experience optimizing campaigns against ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, Spend, and ACOS , with a focus on profitability and reducing wasted spend.
- Experience analyzing campaign data and preparing performance reports with actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets .
- Excellent attention to detail and execution accuracy.
- Willingness to work 6 days/week from the office in Hitech City, Hyderabad .

Preferred

- Experience working with D2C or FMCG brands selling on Flipkart.
- Experience managing Flipkart Seller Hub .
- Familiarity with marketplace analytics and keyword research tools.
- Understanding of Flipkart catalog optimization and search ranking factors .
- Exposure to the Health & Wellness domain.
- Flipkart marketplace advertising certification/training is an added advantage.

Relocation Support Candidates from outside Hyderabad can also be considered. The client is open to providing a relocation bonus and accommodation for the initial one month .

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Flipkart Ads professional with strong D2C/E-commerce exposure who can independently manage campaigns, optimize advertising performance, control spend, and scale profitable growth.
