The Junior Executive for Vascular Surgery will play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support within the Vascular Surgery department. The individual will assist surgeons and medical staff in managing patient care and ensuring productive departmental operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient appointments, maintaining medical records, managing correspondence, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare professionals. The role also involves assisting with patient data entry and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Vascular surgeons and medical staff in day-to-day operations.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and follow-up visits.
- Maintain and organize patient medical records and documentation.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide information regarding vascular surgery services.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.




- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the department head.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and medical software.
