Role Description The Junior Engineer role at Ratnabhumi Steeltech Pvt Ltd is a hybrid position based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Junior

Engineer will assist in the design, analysis, and detailing of MS ERW pipes, tubes, and PEB structures, supporting senior engineers on ongoing projects. Daily tasks include preparing technical drawings, reviewing specifications, coordinating with production and quality teams, and helping ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.



The role also involves participating in project planning, documenting technical data, and supporting site-related activities when required.

The Junior

Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and products.

Qualifications

- Strong fundamentals in mechanical, civil, or structural engineering, including knowledge of steel structures and industrial applications.
- Ability to read and prepare engineering drawings using CAD or similar design software.
- Understanding of basic manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety standards in an engineering environment.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills to support design calculations, technical evaluations, and project coordination.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with design, production, and customer support teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or related Engineering discipline.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to hybrid work requirements in Ahmedabad, and visit sites or plants when needed.
- Prior internship or project experience in steel, construction, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
