About The Role Writing code is the easy part now. Almost anyone with an AI assistant can do it. We're hiring for the person behind it: someone curious, careful enough to catch when "working" code is quietly wrong, and restless enough to automate anything they do twice. You'll build features, test them like you're trying to break them, and wire up AI agents to take manual work off our plate.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming languages such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Basic working knowledge of SQL and database management is essential. Fluency with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and others is required, along with the judgment to recognize when AI outputs are incorrect.

Demonstrable experience with building and deploying AI agents, including familiarity with SDKs or frameworks such as Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, CrewAI, or n8n, is highly desirable. Candidates should have a keen sense of prompt design, tool calling, and simple evaluation techniques. A proven track record of automating repetitive tasks and a tester’s instinct to identify potential issues will set you apart.

You should be prepared to showcase at least two projects or products you have built, preferably involving AI agents, during the interview process.

Responsibilities Develop and deploy new features across our technology stack,



utilizing AI coding tools effectively to enhance functionality and performance.

Design and integrate AI agents to automate existing workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency.

Optimize what you build through quick evaluations, identifying points where AI agents may fail, and refining prompts and tools accordingly.

Conduct adversarial testing to identify vulnerabilities and automate routine or tedious tasks to improve productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks, ensuring robustness and reliability.

Stay updated on emerging AI tools and techniques, applying best practices to enhance automation and coding efficiency.
