Role Description The Junior Community Manager - AP is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for supporting and growing Student Tribe’s student community across the Asia Pacific region. In this role, the team member will help plan and execute on-campus and regional events, engage with student leaders and college partners, and coordinate activities that drive participation in workshops, hackathons, and career fairs.





Daily responsibilities include managing community communication channels, responding to student inquiries, collecting feedback, and creating basic content for social media and community announcements. The role also involves assisting with partnerships, maintaining event calendars, tracking engagement metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive and inclusive experience for all community members.

Qualifications

- Community engagement and relationship-building skills, including the ability to interact effectively with students, college representatives, and brand partners.
- Event coordination skills, covering planning, organizing, and executing campus activities, workshops, and meet-ups.
- Basic content creation and communication skills for drafting community updates, social media posts, and event announcements.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple initiatives, track participation, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset to monitor engagement metrics, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to community programs.
- Comfort with digital tools and social media platforms commonly used by student communities.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in any discipline; experience in student leadership, clubs, or event management is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events.
