We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Client Servicing Executive who will support the media and digital marketing team in day-to-day activities. The role involves working closely with clients, preparing presentations, coordinating campaigns, and assisting in marketing analysis across both mainline and digital media platforms

Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and campaign reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams (creative and digital) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

- Support in campaign planning across mainline (Packaging and creative) and digital platforms (social, performance, content).

- Conduct basic marketing research and competitor analysis for client requirements.





- Prepare and maintain documentation, schedules, and performance trackers.

- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication with clients.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in advertising, media, or digital marketing agency.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

- Good understanding of marketing trends across digital.

- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a team setting.
