WINIC Constructions is looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to support site execution through accurate documentation, Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site coordination, material records and technical support.

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with MS Excel, construction drawings, measurements and daily site documentation. Every completed activity should be supported with proper photographs, registers and progress records.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Capture villa-wise progress photographs before, during and after execution.
- Maintain labour attendance and contractor-wise manpower records.
- Maintain material inward, issue, balance, consumption and wastage registers.
- Update daily progress and stock records.
- Maintain drawing registers and ensure only the latest approved drawings are in use.
- File inspection reports, concrete pour cards, waterproofing checklists and quality records.
- Track pending work, snag lists, approvals and material shortages.
- Assist Site Engineers with measurements, levels and quantity calculations.




- Maintain accurate digital and physical documentation.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and contractors for daily reporting.
- Ensure all records and documentation are completed on the same day.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation (Mandatory)
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in building or residential construction.
- Fresh graduates with excellent technical knowledge and documentation skills may also be considered.
- Experience in villa projects or gated communities will be an added advantage.
