Role Description The Junior Business Development Executive (Fresher) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position involves identifying and researching potential clients, supporting new business development initiatives, and assisting in lead generation activities through calls, emails, and online outreach.

The role includes maintaining accurate records of prospects, helping manage accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.



The executive will also participate in meetings, prepare basic sales reports, and contribute to promoting Teknowgrade’s learning solutions to educational institutions, training partners, and corporate clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business to support growth initiatives and identify opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to build pipelines and maintain client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of education technology or training services is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
