Role Description This is a full-time, in office Junior Architect role based in Mumbai.

The Junior

Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and creating detailed design documentation. Daily tasks include working on 2D and 3D design, assisting in preparation of presentations, coordinating with consultants, and participating in site visits and inspections. The role involves supporting integration of design solutions with structural, services, and other technical inputs, as well as assisting with basic project coordination and timelines.

The Junior

Architect is expected to collaborate closely with the project team, maintain organized project files,



and contribute to design reviews and quality checks.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and preparation of plans, sections, and elevations.

Ability to collaborate on Integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other building systems.

Basic exposure to Project Management activities such as coordination with consultants, tracking deliverables, and supporting documentation.

Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic familiarity with digital tools used in architectural practice.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; eligibility for or pursuit of professional registration is an advantage.

Strong visual communication, drafting, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple tasks within project deadlines.

Knowledge of local building regulations and construction practices in India is beneficial.
