Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, technical knowledge, and the ability to independently handle projects from concept development through construction documentation and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare construction drawings, working drawings, and municipal submission drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and resolve on-site issues.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and client presentations.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers during project execution.
- Produce high-quality 3D models and presentation visuals when required.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions systematically.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).




- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural practice.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (preferred).
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.

Software Skills

- AutoCAD (Essential)
- SketchUp
- Lumion / D5 Render / Enscape
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
- Revit (preferred but not mandatory)

- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction techniques.
- Good knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
