Qualification

- Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch)
- Registration with Council of Architecture (Preferred)

Position Summary The Junior Architect will assist in architectural design, drafting, documentation, coordination, and site activities under the guidance of Senior Architects and Project Architects. The role involves preparing drawings, supporting project execution, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

- Assist in conceptual, schematic, and detailed design development.
- Prepare architectural layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and presentation drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D design presentations.

Drafting & Documentation

- Prepare architectural working drawings and construction documents.
- Update drawings based on design client revisions and site requirements.
- Maintain drawing records and document control.
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project/ client requirements.

Coordination

- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior, and Landscape consultants.
- Incorporate consultant inputs into architectural drawings.
- Attend project coordination meetings and prepare MOMs when required.

Site Support

- Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress.
- Verify site execution against approved drawings.
- Report site observations and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Support material approvals and shop drawing reviews.

Presentation & Visualization





- Prepare client presentations and design reports.
- Create 3D models and renderings for design visualization.
- Assist in preparing design competition submissions and proposals.

Compliance & Quality

- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations and project specifications.
- Follow company drafting standards and quality procedures.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in project documentation.
- Must the Industrial, Commercial, Residential Practical Knowledge.
- Must to have Municipal Drawing 2 D and know the by Law’s the PCMC and PMRDA Department.

Must-Have Skills

Technical Skills

- Robust knowledge of architectural drafting and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD. (2 D, 3 D)
- Understanding of construction drawings and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
- Knowledge of space planning and architectural standards.
- Ability to prepare working drawings and presentation drawings.
- Basic site coordination knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Software Skills

- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp
- MS Office

Nice-to-Have Skills

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of Revit
- Understanding of National Building Code (NBC) and local building by-laws.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Familiarity with consultant coordination processes.

Software Skills

- Revit
- Auto Cad 2D, 3 D
- Lumion
- Enscape
- Adobe Photoshop
