Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Architect with 1–2 years of experience to assist in design development, submissions, and working drawings for residential and mixed-use projects. The role involves working closely with the senior team and handling day-to-day drawing tasks with clarity and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare design drawings and layout options
- Develop and coordinate submission drawings as per local norms
- Produce working drawings for site execution
- Assist in presentation drawings
- Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in all drawings.

Requirements:

- B.Arch degree
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
- Knowledge of SketchUp / Archicad or similar 3D software
- Working knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent for presentations
- Understanding of building regulations and submissions
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
