NAbout the Role:

NWe are seeking a talentedand detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, preparation of working drawings, and proficiency in AutoCAD. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.

- Develop design conceptsand assist in the preparation of presentation drawings.
N
- Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
N
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams for design development and execution.
N
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications,



local regulations, and industry standards.
N
- Assist in site coordination and address design-related queries during project execution.
N
- Prepare design documentation and maintain project records.
N
- Review and update drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.

nRequirements:

- Bachelor's Degreein Architecture (B.Arch).
N
- 2+ years of relevant architectural experience. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

- Experience in architectural design and preparation of working drawings.
N
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
N
- Good understanding of municipal regulations and building codes.
N
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
N
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
