JUNIOR ARCHITECT / FRESHER ARCHITECT

About the Role

We are looking for a young architect who is curious, responsible and eager to learn. You will work closely with the design team across projects, gaining hands-on experience in design development, drawings, detailing and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing architectural concepts, plans, elevations and working drawings.
- Prepare and develop detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Work on 3D models and presentations using SketchUp and Enscape/Lumion.
- Assist with material selection, detailing and design development.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors and contractors when required.
- Participate in site visits and understand how drawings translate into built spaces.
- Assist in preparing presentations, BOQs and project documentation.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

What We Look For
- B.Arch graduate with a genuine interest in architecture and design.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape/Lumion.




- Solid visual sense and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- A practical understanding of materials, construction and detailing is an advantage.
- Most importantly, empathy towards people, spaces and the way architecture is experienced.
