Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in architectural design, drafting, 3D visualization, and project execution.

The candidate will work on residential and commercial projects and will be responsible for assisting with design development, preparing architectural drawings, 3D modeling, documentation, and site coordination under the guidance of senior architects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in developing architectural designs from concept to execution.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and presentation drawings using SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar software.
- Make necessary revisions to drawings based on client feedback and instructions from senior architects.
- Assist in preparing working drawings and construction details.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Attend site visits to monitor project progress and ensure drawings are implemented correctly.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, material schedules, and drawing revision records.
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and applicable building standards.
- Maintain proper organization of project drawings, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the design team to complete assigned work within project timelines.




- Support senior architects in day-to-day design and project execution activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 6 Months – 4 Years of relevant experience in architectural design, drafting, or project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Basic to working knowledge of Lumion, Revit, or other 3D visualization software is preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction practices.
- Basic knowledge of building bylaws and architectural standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, and architectural presentation.
- Understanding of working drawings and construction detailing.
- Familiarity with MS Office and project documentation.
- Good design sense and attention to architectural details.
- Candidates with a strong architectural portfolio will be preferred.
