Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop architectural designs for commercial projects using SketchUp.
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings to visualize the project's conceptualization.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring effective communication throughout the design process.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all aspects of architectural design.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in architecture or related field (interior design).
- Proficiency in SketchUp software for drafting and visualization purposes.
- Robust understanding of commercial projects' requirements and constraints.
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
