Job Summary

Sai Spacecon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for 2 Junior Advocates to join our legal team.

Candidates with experience in real estate, property documentation, legal drafting, agreements, and court matters will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft and review legal agreements, notices, deeds, and other documents.
- Handle real estate and property-related documentation.
- Assist senior advocates in litigation and court-related matters.




- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and external advocates.
- Research applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain legal files, records, and case documentation.
- Provide support on day-to-day legal matters of the company.

Required Skills
- LLB qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Real Estate / Property Laws.
- Good legal drafting and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of property agreements and registration procedures.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
