Eligibility

- LL.B. completed
- Sanad Holder (Bar Council Enrolment) is Mandatory
- 0–2 years of litigation experience
- Robust interest in courtroom practice and litigation
- Excellent English communication and drafting skills
- Willingness to travel to courts across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and surrounding jurisdictions
- Must own a laptop (Company will not provide one)
- Independent, responsible, and eager to learn

Roles & Responsibilities
- Represent clients before various courts and authorities
- Attend court hearings, filings, and follow-ups
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, applications, affidavits, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and case analysis




- Assist in litigation strategy and case preparation
- Coordinate with clients, advocates, and court officials
- Maintain case files and ensure timely compliance with legal procedures
